chaotic GD fans repeatedly climb a twelve-foot wall to get onto the GD stage at RFK Stadium on June 9, 1973
- the crowd booed and hissed them, but cheered when Hells Angel's security dudes escorted them away -

GD fans climbed up onto this RFK stage several times while I was taping both GD shows. June 9 had more of these episodes than June 10. At the end of Mexicali Blues on June 9, at the 3:50 mark, Bobby announces over the PA, "Say there, climbing up on this here stage is not a real good idea, and you might try not doing it."

Maybe it's more than twelve feet tall, who knows? Here's a new view of this huge wall, showing the RFK stage from another angle, shot from up in the stands. It's one of those "unreleased" ABB photos. It's been many months and I haven't heard back from the t-shirt trade offer guy for new photos from 1972 and 1973.

Here's a shot of one of the climbers that looks like he's about to get his ass kicked by the dude walkin out on stage left:

Thanks for the great shot! Nice pic I've not seen before... I'm pretty sure that's Watkins Glen.

It is Watkins Glen, Monte....I think I have a couple more from this same series that all involve idiots trying to climb on stage.
